There are two changes for the 2020 exterior. If you opt for the available powered liftgate, it now features a button to lock the vehicle. New side mirrors have been made available and included standard with the Touring trim, and these are heated, power-folding and feature integrated turn signals. Premium adds heated side mirrors and features a number of options, including 20-inch wheels and the aforementioned power liftgate.

The base equipment includes a STARLINK 6.5-inch Multimedia Plus system, a six-speaker audio system and a triple-zone climate control system. The steering wheel has integrated controls and paddle shifters. The Premium trim upgrades the STARLINK system with an 8.0-inch screen. You also have the option of 8.0-inch plus navigation, which is standard on the Ascent Limited.
