 It was an outstanding overall experience. My wife's car broke down so we decided to buy a new Subaru. The day I was going to pick up the new car our other family vehicle died! We lost two cars in one week. Bill Kidd was a great help in getting into the new Legacy. He was friendly, attentive, and trustworthy. I have been in sales for over 20 years and know the "tricks of the trade". I never felt pressured and saw no unsavory sales tactics. The finance lady, Shae Hansen, was amazing in our difficult time. Financing two cars was not going to be easy because of my credit and simply paying for two cars at the same time. By the time I picked up my new car, Shae had multiple second cars picked out that she could get financed and would fit our budget. I truly believe she worked hard to lower the prices and cared about what would be good for my family. With the stress of losing two cars, I could not have envisioned a better experience."


 



 My husband and I purchased our Subaru on a very busy Saturday afternoon. We had our 12 month old daughter with us as we couldn't find a sitter. We were worried about it being stressful with having to wrangle a toddler, but it was a very smooth process. They helped us get her car seat into the vehicle for a test drive and even directed us to the free muffins for her when she got hungry."

 




 I've gone to Flatirons Subaru Service ever since I purchased my car in 2005.  They were willing to schedule me at a time that wasn't immediately offered once I explained my scheduling needs, which I really appreciated. They got my car in swiftly, did the work, washed the car for free and had me out the door within an hour. The service technician was friendly and informative about upcoming recommended services. It was as good as they come in terms of car service experiences. I will keep on returning."

 I started my search for a Subaru Forester at another dealer and was treated so poorly I had decided to just not buy a car. Then I was enticed by Flatirons Subaru as they had the only car left in the color I wanted. So I bit the bullet and went to Boulder. I met with Ray, who became my salesperson. He was the best. He was so sincerely nice and friendly. He was very caring and worked with me to get the car, within my means. Then, I had trouble figuring out my Bluetooth phone system and went up there and Jessica in the service department was right there to help. It took her about 10 minutes to figure out what was going on and bamb I was on my home. They make you feel like family. No bullet biting here!"

 In 2010, I brought my 2006 Forester with me to Colorado from Pennsylvania. Not knowing a reliable mechanic in the area, I brought my car to Flatirons Subaru for service, and nearly four years later have found no reason to switch. The Service staff is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and provide truly reliable service. On the rare occasion that something is overlooked or not 100% perfect, they always do whatever's necessary to make it right. Sometimes that's meant staying late, sometimes it's meant texting me from their personal phone on their lunch hour. They are great at explaining things and telling me what my options are, even when it could mean them getting less money, and they willingly offer second opinions on other parties' car-repair/maintenance recommendations. I was in a bind with a 2000 Outback that I had purchased on the East Coast 2 years ago. The previous owner had not taken advantage of a recall in 2003 to prevent the rear sub-frame from rusting. Now I had a good car with a sub-frame that was rusted through. Flatirons Subaru could not have been more helpful. They contacted the main office and they agreed to do a full replacement of the sub-frame for me. They gave me a beautiful loner car (2014 Subaru Outback) and kept me informed the whole way. I have been taking my Outback to Flatirons for service since I bought it in 2008. I am always impressed with their friendliness and thoroughness. I never feel pressured, they are efficient, plus I get a free car wash and cappuccino. I don't plan to ever switch dealers."
